Norwood Remodel - Tacoma
Toatal remodel of Kitchen, dinning room, entry way and new deck design. House was built in 50's and was really cut up. We design a space that was much more open and included Large sliding glass doors to open the area to the new deck design. All new kitchen appliances and a bar that would have access to the deck and the inside of the house.
Sammamish Wa Mother-inlaw ADU
838sf ADU (Auxilary Dwelling Unit) Built in 2015 for $70k. Very efficient Design. It has (2) Bedrooms -(1) a Loft Area with shutters to allow for privacy. The downstairs Bath has a stackable laundry. Beautiful Glu-Lam Beam exposed to support the loft and the transom windows above. Complete open space Design. Kitchenette and great room are 18X20 feet
